Clock Shortlisted In Regional Business Awards
Clock is delighted to announce that it has been Shortlisted for a prestigious regional business award.
Clock are one of only three companies to get through to the final leg in the training and development category in the Bolton & Bury 2007 business awards.
This award recognises companies which are committed to the training and development of their workforce. The selection process was rigorous and companies had to demonstrate that their investment in training has paid dividends by bringing success to the business.
Established in 1999, Clock has always placed great importance on the training and development of its employees. The opportunities for staff are great and go beyond traditional classroom courses. All staff are given an annual training budget of £500 which can be spent on anything from external training to driving lessons.
A further budget is also put aside for staff to attend regular workshops and industry events. These events are a fantastic way of ensuring that staff keep up to date with what is happening within the industry and continuously develop their creative skills.
Ann Rimmer of Clock Creative said:
“At Clock, we believe that personal development and continuous learning is essential for creative minds.
“We work in a fast moving and exciting industry where things change all the time and it is essential that our staff up to date. This has huge benefits for our staff as well as our clients who can always be guaranteed fresh, new ideas”
The winning companies will be announced at a glittering awards ceremony at the Reebok Stadium, Bolton on the 28th June. Watch this space to see how we got on!
